    Returns

    We gladly accept returns on eligible items.Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and ship it back within 14 days.

    To qualify for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

    • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    Exchanges

    Need a different item or want to exchange for another design?Exchanges are accepted within the same timeline as returns.

    Once the original item is received in its original condition, we will process the exchange promptly.

    Order Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not yet shipped.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Because of the handmade nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

    • Items marked as final sale

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
