取消政策

1. Appointment Scheduling All bookings must be made through our official website, customer service line, or approved booking platform. A confirmation message or email will be sent once your appointment is successfully booked. Some services may require advance booking due to high demand. 2. Deposit Requirements Certain appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time slot. Deposits are applied toward your final balance at the time of service. 3. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours may result in a fee or loss of deposit. Clients may reschedule once per appointment without penalty. 4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur additional fees. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee. No-show appointments are charged at 100% of the booking fee. 5. Late Arrival A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Arrivals beyond the grace period may reduce your service time or require rescheduling, depending on availability. Full service fees still apply for shortened sessions. 6. Group Bookings Group appointments require a 50% deposit. Final headcount must be confirmed 48 hours prior to the group’s booking. 7. Special Requests Custom or special-request appointments may require extended processing times or additional fees. Please contact customer service for tailored scheduling options. 8. Policy Agreement By booking with Sirius Rebeka, you acknowledge and accept all terms of this Booking Policy.
