Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original packaging must be included

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake

  • Refund processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider

 

Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please indicate that when contacting us.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in acceptable condition.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To keep handmade production efficient, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items on clearance or marked as final sale

  • Items that show signs of wear, use, washing, or damage after delivery

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue
    We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We aim to provide clear instructions on how to proceed in case you need to return an item or seek a refund. Your satisfaction and confidence in shopping with us are our top priorities.

We pack every order with care to ensure your handmade item arrives safely.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Custom items may require extra processing time (details provided during ordering).

 

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders ship via:

  • USPS First Class Mail (3–5 business days)

  • USPS Priority Mail upgrades available upon request

International shipping is available to most countries:

  • Delivery estimate: 7–21 business days

  • Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT, or import taxes

 

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

 

Shipping Delays

While rare, delays caused by USPS, customs, or weather are out of our control.
If your package is delayed, we will assist in tracking it, but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If USPS marks a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

  • Contact us so we may assist with a USPS inquiry
    Please note we cannot issue refunds for items marked as delivered, but we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
